Junior Development Program (U6–U12) Program Overview Ages: 6–12 (Boys & Girls) Location: 5Sports, 125 The Boulevarde, Caringbah NSW Term Fee: $288 ($32 per session) Programs run on Wednesdays and Fridays, giving parents flexibility to book one or both days. Term 1 (2026) includes 9 Wednesday sessions and 9 Friday sessions. Places are limited to maintain small group sizes and coaching quality. Our Junior Development Program is designed for players aged U6–U12 and is structured by ability, not age, so every player trains in the environment best suited to their development. The program focuses on building core skills, confidence on the ball, and game understanding in a positive and challenging environment. All sessions are fully programmed and delivered by qualified coaches. All new players must start in Fundamentals. Placement into Rep Prep or Elite is invitation only based on development, readiness, and learning speed. Registering for the remainder of Term 1 We have just moved to a new online bookings system. Training Levels & Times Fundamentals – Entry & Assessment Level Wednesday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm Friday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm Entry point for all new players. Focuses on core skills, confidence, coordination, and basic game understanding. Coaches assess players during training to determine appropriate group placement. Rep Prep – INVITATION ONLY Wednesday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm Friday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm For players ready for higher-intensity training and complex game situations.
